It’s more challenging to get a bad photo in Perth, Ontario, than a good one. Wherever you point your lens, the land, the streets, the sidewalks–all deliver something special.

The Town is commonly referred to as “Heritage Perth,” for good reason : it is over 200 years-old. Its history is in every stone, window, arch, walkway, frieze and cornice. Every inch is guarded and maintained by the town, local historians, and the informed guiding eyes and hands of students and faculty at Algonquin College.

A stroll around Perth is akin to visiting an outdoor museum of history. It is resplendent.

The town is also referred to as the “wedding town,” Stewart Park offering an ideal setting. It is ultimately a romantic town for all, new couples, old couples and anyone with eyes to see–and a camera.
