Bruce Linton is on fire.

Just over a year ago he was “panhandling investors” (his words.) Today, Canopy Growth’s valuation continues to climb. Last time I heard, it was $11 billion–it is likely much higher.

(TSX:WEED)(NYSE:CGC) Investment in this corporation may beat all other odds.

On Bloomberg BNN the “suit” interviewing him reminded him that he was driving a used car. Linton responded coyly, “And my suit is from Winners.”

Linton exudes a confidence that requires no representations of his actual wealth. He appears to be a man of the people–a populist of sorts.

I liked him. Not because he is pleasing to the eye, but because his mind is not acting independently from his soul. He clearly appears to remember from whence he came–a cyclical entrepreneur on the usual roller coaster ride.

In this first webisode get a whiff of a man who has transformed the Town of Smiths Falls into a place of prosperity. Foremost, he is the chief impetus to the growth of the medical cannabis industry around the world.

Now with October 17th looming, we watch to see the outcome of recreational cannabis. Many controls are in place to prevent its wilding.

“I’m more concerned about illicit production,” he said. We are watching.
