Trick for the West, Treat For The East : Trudeau Candy Unwrapped

By TheWedge.LIVE

Madness has taken over the Liberals in Ottawa as they selectively offer carbon tax carve-outs to maritime provinces for their home heating oil, but no other. The provinces left with an empty bag should be howling to the moon.

“They’re [Liberals] twisting themselves into a pretzel,” states Alberta Premier Smith about the Liberal’s “regional nuances.” It is obvious that the the Liberals are “nakedly political,” she adds.

It is clear the carbon tax is a tool for control–not a strategy to end a climate “crisis”. The liberals are dismantling their own propaganda regarding a non-crisis. Real scientists have proven that there is no correlation between temperature and CO2, and that previous records show the temperature increased prior to the indusstrial revolution. Politicians need to address this head-on before Canadians’ quality of life drops beyond a tolerable tipping point.

Smith outlines four Alberta’s hard/red lines (video):

1- “If they put in an arbitrary cap on oil and natural gas emissions, as they threatened to, 42% reduction by 2030, that’s a red line.”

2- “If they bring through an arbitrary cap on fertilizer emissions, which they have they threatened to, 30% reduction by 2030, that’s a hard line.”

3- “If they bring through a hard cap on emissions from methane as they threatened to do, that’s would a hard line.”

4- “And if they proceed with unrealistic expectations or targets to have a net zero power grid by 2035, we know we can’t do that. That would be a hard line.”

Starting this January, Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe, will stop collecting the carbon for heating oil. (VIDEO)

“I think the first thing to identify. This is about fairness for all Canadian families, particularly for us for our concern for families in Saskatchewan,” Moe states, “We’ve always thought this carbon tax scheme is the wrong scheme.”

“40% of our Sask energy tax bills are carbon tax related.”
